If you have already paid your membership dues, but want to add a subscription using the online form, you may indicate that by checking the appropriate box.
* Student Memberships are available for individuals currently enrolled in a college or university. Student members may either complete the student status verification form or may submit a copy of his or her current student ID with the membership form and payment.
** Senior Membership are available to individuals who are retired and at least 65 years of age.
